(Framing of pygmy native peoples and vulnerable peasants in the rural environments in the Democratic Republic of Congo to improve their social, economic and sanitary conditions)

EDUCATION FIELD

To forget the education of pygmy people, it`s to forget his development. Until now a lot of countries under development and in the way of development suppose that the education of pygmy about the priority chain. This primitive people in Africa is a topic of a lot of stigmatizations to all plan. In Democratic Republic of Congo, they are the local Organizations those organize the educational projects to pygmy but, always most of them fail in failure. According to our investigation (PPSDR) made in 2013 in the East of Democratic Republic of Congo, the educational need of pygmy peoples is not only to children but also to adults according to the declarations of pygmy during the investigation. To take in value the educational need of all groups of pygmy peoples pushed PPSDR to make his educational project by the organization of school catching centers « the CRS » since 2014 in the East of Democratic Republic of Congo that keep the children and adults pygmy. According to the politic of school catching Centers govern by the ministry of social affairs and that for Primary , Secondary and Professional instruction, the primary cycle of CRS works in three level :
The level I, it merge the 1st and the 2nd primary
The level II, it merge the 3rd and the 4th primary
The level III, it merge the 5th and the 6th primary, indorse by a certificate of primary study.
The secondary cycle process to 4 levels :
- The level I, it merge the 1st and the 2nd co
- The level II, it merge the 3rd and the 4th Humanity
- The level III, teach apart from the lessons of 5th des Humanity
- And the level IV teach apart from the lessons of 6th Humanities thanks by a diploma state.
- You understand with us that is the instruction of old men called Andragogy That why we inscribe the pygmies and the vulnerable olds from 10 until 45years.

This is the image class of the level I to MUTETEZI CRS teaching a lesson. Even though their age, these pupils study the lesson of the first and the second primary year to a year. They have been affected to the level I, because most of them had mot the chance to study even the first primary school. There are among them those who begun the first but don’t overtop the second primary school year.

This is the level II in lesson. Among these pupils of level II, we affected those who reach the third and the fourth without finish .That why they are submissived to the lesson of the third and the fourth primary school during a year according to the politic of CRS.

In spite of age,all the pygmies as the name pygmies of our CRS MUTETEZI are very fair to their studies organized here. Let us give chance to pygmy to study.

In the speech of the director of MUTETEZI CRS, he present the report to the general travel through of the school year during the school year that come to finish . he congratulate many pygmy pupils those took in serious the studies all in congratulating the others to come in masse the next school year. He add that everybody is right to study in this CRS no only the pygmy as is the philosophy of PPSDR .

The women understood the importance of the education. To educate a woman is to educate all the nation. After the stage of proclamation, the moderator gave the word to the authorities present in the event and the last word was the delegate of the majesty the Mwami of NTAMBUKA cheffery.

It’s the word of the antenna’s chief of the under division EPSP IDJWI who promise to help PPSDR to find the decree of CRS MUTETEZI and recommend to PPSDR to introduce others CRS in every grouping of the Idjwi island to cover well the the need of small farmer in occurrence the pygmy.

He congratulate himself to have observed that is a pygmy who was the first to school with more than 75%.he greatly encourage his pygmy to have courage and to don’t deceiver PPSDR by the bad habit to school. He promise that he will be a candidate to the secondary cycle when i twill be organized because has got only a certificate of the primary school.
